Huntsman Exploration Closes $410,000 Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia, February 14, 2025 – Huntsman Exploration Inc. (TSXV: HMAN) (the “Company” or “Huntsman”) announces that further to its news release of February 4, 2025, it has closed its non-brokered private placement of 13,666,666 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of $0.03 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $410,000 (the “Placement”). Each Unit consists of one common share and one non-transferrable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share at a price of $0.05 per share until February 14, 2027.
The gross proceeds from the issuance of the Units will be used for (i) Canadian property costs, (ii) auditor, transfer agent, legal and accounting costs, (iii) office and administration costs, and (iv) general working capital. No more than 10% of funds are proposed to be paid to non-arm’s length parties and none of the funds will be used to pay persons conducting investor relations.
All securities issued under the Placement will be subject to applicable regulatory holds expiring June 15, 2025.
